Sales Policy
International Delivery and Postage

1. We deliver to most addresses in the world.

2. We do NOT deliver to PO Boxes and military addresses (including APO and DPO).

3. All orders outside of Hong Kong are shipped by AIR via Hong Kong Post

4. We aim to ship all confirmed orders received within 5 working days.

5. Your will receive shipping details of your parcel after it has been shipped, with tracking number for online tracking.

6. Postage is calculated according to destination and weight, and in accordance with the rate set out by Hong Kong Post.

International Shipping Policy

We can ship to most addresses in the world but please note our shipping policy below:

1. All orders outside of Hong Kong are shipped by AIR via Hong Kong Post.

2. Please provide detailed delivery address and contact telephone number. A Post Office Box is not an acceptable shipment address.

3. If a shipment cannot be delivered and is returned to us by Hong Kong Post, we will handle it as an “undeliverable order”. Common causes for “undeliverable orders” are incorrect address, address with insufficient detail, refusal of delivery by the recipient, failed delivery attempt, etc.

4. For an “undeliverable order”, we will issue a refund to you after deducting the shipping charges and an “undeliverable order handling charge” (which is equal to 15% of the total value of the “undeliverable order”). We will not be able to re-ship an “undeliverable order” but will welcome new orders to be submitted using our website.

5. We target to ship out within 5 days upon receipt of a Confirmed Order. We will inform you immediately by email after the order has been shipped.

6. We are not able to guarantee the delivery time as it is out of our control. Common factors that make delivery time longer are customs inspection and formalities, delivery made during holiday seasons, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc.

7. If your country levy import duties and taxes, you will need to pay them. Similarly, if there are customs clearance charges, you will also need to pay them.

Delivery within HK

1. Books are delivered within HK by local courier services.

2. Free delivery for Hong Kong addresses. A Packing & Handling charge of HK$45 applied to all orders.

3. Additional service charge will be required for shipments delivered to Non-industrial / Non-commercial locations / Hong Kong’s Remote Areas. Charge shall be paid directly to courier service upon delivery. For details, please click here

海外送貨及郵費

1. 我們可將書籍郵遞到海外大部分地區

2. 郵遞地址不能接受郵政信箱。

3. 所有香港以外的地址均會以香港郵政的航空郵遞服務發送。

4. 我們會竭力於訂單確認後 5 個工作天內將書籍寄出。

5. 郵包寄出後,我們會將郵遞詳情以電郵發給顧客,其中包括郵包的網上追蹤編號,以便顧客隨時可跟進郵包送遞的情況。

6. 國際郵費根據香港郵政的收費,按目的地和書籍重量計算。

海外送貨條款

可安排送貨至海外大部分地區,請留意本公司的購物送貨條款:

1. 所有發送至香港以外地區的訂單皆經香港郵政的航空郵寄發送。

2. 請提供詳細送貨地址及聯絡電話,送貨地址不能為郵政信箱號碼。

3. 若訂單未能成功送遞並經香港郵政退還給本公司,該訂單即為「未能送遞訂單」。「未能送遞訂單」成因大多數是地址不詳、地址不完整、收件者拒絕收件、多次嘗試未能成功送遞或其他原因。

4. 在訂單成為「未能送遞訂單」的情況下,本公司會扣除運費及手續費(手續費為「未能送遞訂單」貨品總值的百分之十五)後將餘款退還給顧客。本公司不會再次運送「未能送遞訂單」的貨品,但歡迎顧客隨時在網上重新訂購本公司的產品。

5. 本公司在接到確認訂單後將盡量在一星期內送遞貨品,並以電郵通知顧客及告知郵遞詳情。

6. 因郵包派遞時間受許多因素影響,本公司未能控制訂單送抵顧客的具體時間。這些因素包括:某些國家會花數星期的時間檢查郵包;或郵包派遞因節日,例如感恩節、聖誕節、或新年等其他假期而受到延誤

7. 如顧客的所在國家需徵收入口稅,顧客需繳付該費用。同樣,如有海關清關費用,清關的額外費用亦須由顧客負責。

本地送貨

1. 香港境內的地址將會以本地速遞發送。

2. 所有本地訂單收取HKD$45手續費。運費全免。

3. 非工商地區(包括住宅地區及偏遠地區)需自行承擔附加費,相關附加費將由客戶於收貨時直接支付予速遞公司,相關詳情請按此
